There comes a period in our lives when we think we can’t move forward anymore. The time when you feel like you are at the bottom of a very dark pit and you know that even if you try hard to call out for someone, it feels like no one’s going to come. It feels like no one’s going to reach out for you. You’re not the only one who experience those things. All of us have problems. Everyone faces such challenges.
There comes a period in our lives when we think we can’t move forward anymore. The time when you feel like you are at the bottom of a very dark pit and you know that even if you try hard to call out for someone, it feels like no one’s going to come. It feels like no one’s going to reach out for you. You’re not the only one who experience those things. All of us have problems. Everyone faces such challenges.
We
shouldn’t be daunted by these hindrances or challenges. They’re just bumps and
humps in the long road that we’re taking. Face them with a positive outlook in
life. Don’t treat them as if they’re going to stop you forever. Maybe they’ll
halt you for a while but you shouldn’t be completely stopped by them because
you won’t be able to move forward in your life. You’ll end up stagnating.
Consult
your problems. Consult to your parents and family because they are the people
who know you the best. Tell them what you really feel. They’ll surely understand your case. Our
parents experience much more trials in life so they’ll know how it feels when
facing a problem. Share your feelings to your closest friends too. They also
know what you feel. They’re the ones who’re always together with you. You can
tell them things that you’re not able to say to your family.
Unwind
once in a while. Stress might overcome you. We should sometimes take a break.
Go out and relax with your family and friends. It might also be a form of
strengthening your bonds with them. Have
fun and enjoy your life. Don’t be frazzled out over these problems.
Shed a
few tears. There are times when we can’t hold back anymore. Crying can make you
feel better. Tears are like your feelings bottled up inside you that is in
liquid form. Letting them out feels like a burden was lifted.
Take
your time in overcoming them. We shouldn’t be rushing things up. Think
thoroughly and choose the right one. Overcome them calmly and carefully. All the things we do will be worth it
someday. Someday, we’ll definitely say “Good thing I didn’t stop.”
We fall, we got hurt. There are
times when we don’t want to continue anymore. We feel tired. We feel like we
want to stop. We’re like stuck in the middle and we don’t know what to do
anymore. We’re at loss. But don’t stop. Don’t ever give up. It’s just a
challenge of God. Someday, things will be better for us. Trust yourself and
don’t think that you’re alone. Even if you fell on that dark pit, always think
that there’s a light on top of it.
So don’t lose hope. Don’t lose faith. You are not alone in
this. You have your family, friends and even God. Ups and downs are normal in
our life. Don’t quit. Just because you fall doesn’t mean you fail. Just get up
and try again!
